the template twenty twenty five has no navigation. how do I add it

There is no navigation on the template home page anywhere. how do I add it?

  Thank you for contacting us.

  The Twenty Twenty-Five theme is a block-based theme, which doesn’t use the classic menu option under Appearance. Instead, navigation menus are added using the Navigation block inside the Site Editor.

  We recommend switching to a classic theme like Blocksy or Astra, which offer the traditional menu options under Appearance > Menus.
