Hi Ariel, I worked out what was the issue today - one of my designers had opened the Shop Page in Brizy instead of the default WordPress Editor. This then caused the entirety of the WooCommerce Shop inserts to stop working all throughout the site.

The Shop Page is still set to use the Brizy Template (and not Default) - where there is a Shop Template in the Brizy Plugin just for formatting the Shop Page.

I guess my suggestion would be for a feature request for WordPress Core so that it is much clearer to see which editor is in use on a Page, and with some sort of information to inform a user about using the correct editor on a page otherwise you will zero out all the layout & copy on that page (and in the case of WooCommerce, all associated Shop, Category & Products pages are affected as well).

    Hi Dennis,,

Thank you for the update, I'm glad you were able to pinpoint the issue.

You're absolutely right that editing the WooCommerce Shop Page in Brizy can override the default content, which may affect the layout across the site. Your suggestion for a clearer way to identify which editor is in use is a great idea. I recommend submitting this as a feature request on our Ideas and Roadmap page at https://www.brizy.io/ideas-and-roadmap. This platform helps our team track suggestions and prioritize feature request based on user needs.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.
