"Critical Error in Customizer and Brizy Pro Page Update Not Working"

Hello,

I’m currently experiencing two major issues that are preventing me from building my website:

1. When I go to Appearance > Customize, I see a message saying:

   “There has been a critical error on this website.”

2. When I edit a page using Brizy Pro, clicking the Update button doesn’t work.
   The page just keeps loading endlessly, and no changes are saved.

I have already tried:

• Clearing the cache

• Using different browsers

But the issues persist.

Because of this, I’m unable to make progress on my website.
Please help me identify and solve the problem as soon as possible.

  Thank you for contacting us.

  This issue is likely caused by a conflict with another plugin or theme. Please try disabling all plugins except Brizy and Brizy Pro to see if that resolves the issue. You can also temporarily switch to a different theme to check if the problem is theme-related.

  If disabling other plugins fixes the issue, re-enable them one by one while testing the page  to identify the conflicting plugin. If switching themes resolves it, consider using a more compatible theme such as Blocksy or Astra.
