Wordpress 6.7.2 Gmail Email Not Sent Error

Hi Brizy team, 

I am having trouble with the Gmail - form feature in the Wordpress Brizy Pro account. 

• Brizy Pro + Wordpress License
• Wordpress version: 6.7.2
• Wordpress Plugin: Brizy Pro Version 2.6.8 
• Wordpress Plugin: Version 2.6.14
• Hosting provider: Hostinger

After configuring the required information and updating the front end, I tried to submit a test entry on the contact form but there's a error message that reads " Your Email Was Not Sent".

Can you guys please advise what possible solution could be implemented since I have to connect 3 other websites for clients with the same type of contact forms. 

And I am afraid that I will be tuning into the same problem.

  Hello Jose,

  When submitting the form, I see the error "SMTP Error: Could not authenticate" in the browser console. Please see the screenshot at https://jmp.sh/qU4e0s2q This error implies that the Gmail SMTP server could not authenticate the user.

  Are you using a Google App Password in the password field in your email notifications settings?  

  

   

  If not, kindly generate a "Google App Password" following the procedure at https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/360044216151-Email-notification-via-Gmail and use it in the password field for the form email notification and check if the issue resolves.
