woocomerce customer's order email is not forwarded to the specified email address or to the customer after payment?
Dear Brizy Team I have problems for a long time with the function of a woo commerce store and its implementation in brizy pagemaker. This will be set up with Blocksy Template as recommended by you. Unfortunately, I am missing the email options “mail to customer” and “new account” in the WooComerce settings as well as the individual email settings? Enclosed is the Printscreen in comparison with another store.
The customer's order email is not forwarded to the specified email address or to the customer after payment.
