I see that your your Personal WordPress was not renewed on March 29, 2025.
- Kindly sign in to your Brizy account at https://www.brizy.io/account/login
- Navigate to the "Billing' option under "Account" menu
- Scroll down to the heading "Invoice History" and you will notice that the March 29 renewal for the Personal WordPress plan is over due.

Hi KC I’m confused but I think I’ve figured it out. I paid for a monthly subscription which takes me to the 1 May, so the renewal invoice needs cancelling

Let me go through the history of your subscriptions
- You purchased Freelancer WordPress monthly plan on June 16, 2023 and it was cancelled on August 20, 2023.
- You purchased the Personal Cloud monthly plan on October 3, 2023 and later converted it to Freelancer WordPress monthly plan and it was cancelled on February 12,2024
- You purchased Personal WordPress annual plan on March 29, 2024 and its renewal failed on March 29, 2025
- On April 01, 2025, you changed your plan from annual Personal WordPress to monthly Personal Cloud
Currently you have an active Personal Cloud monthly plan for $22.80 and do not have a WordPress plan.
