Issue with PRO Agency Version – Incorrect Upgrade Prompt

I am subscribed to the Pro version. I can use up to 10 sites with the Pro version, but I encountered another issue. Please resolve it as soon as possible.

This is nonsense. This issue started occurring 6 months ago, and it's only been 40 days since I began using WordPress. Investigate properly and inform me. The inquiry I attached above dates back to 6 months ago.
