    Hi Monash,

Thank you for reaching out. We understand how frustrating this issue can be, and we'd be glad to investigate it further.

As a first step, could you temporarily remove any custom scripts added to the site? This will help determine whether the issue is being caused by a conflicting script. Once done, please let us know so we can proceed with further troubleshooting.

Please try this and let me know how it goes.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

    Hi Ariel,

There are no custom scripts on the page.

Was there anything that incidated the use of custom scripts?

And the pages were working fine till now.

    Hi Monash,

Thanks for the update. Upon checking, the issue appears to be caused by the Google Tag Manager script embedded in your site. As shown in this screencast, removing the script resolves the issue: https://youtu.be/kbW-6Sjr_k0

Please review your embedded script—there may be a syntax error, or you might need to update the embed code in your site's header. You can find it under CMS > Project Settings > Code tab.

Give it a try and let me know how it goes.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

    Hi Ariel,

Trust me... If I duplicate the page, or the section, and keep the tags intact. the problem gets resolved automatically. Moreover, those tags have been present for over 3 years. I dont expect any conflict overnight.

    Thanks for the quick turnaround.
