URGENT ISSUE - Brizy Cloud Form with Server Sync not working

We've uncovered 2 issues with the Brizy form today.

1. On submitting it gives a 405 error with the URL becoming https://msg.formsender.online/form/submit?

2. The dropdown field is no longer working on the front end. The arrow is not centered and clicking it results in nothing.

I'm not thinking these are isolated events which means there are a lot of websites with lead forms not working. Please look into this ASAP.

  The website in question is https://bridgepathprep.com. I have since changed the dropdown on the site to radio buttons.
