Hi Leonardo,
Thank you for contacting us.
This issue often happens when Brizy and Brizy Pro are running different versions. Please check that both plugins are updated to their latest versions.

If the problem persists, it could be due to a conflict with another plugin or theme. Try disabling all plugins except Brizy and Brizy Pro to see if that resolves it. You can also temporarily switch to a different theme to check if the issue is theme-related.
If disabling other plugins fixes the problem, re-enable them one by one while testing the page builder to find the conflicting one. If switching themes helps, consider using a more compatible theme like Blocksy or Astra.
Give it a try and let me know how it goes.
Best regards,

Before asking here i disable all the plugins and change the theme and the problem still exist.

Hi Leonardo,
Thank you for your cooperation.
This issue is commonly caused by a version mismatch. In your case, we manually removed Brizy version 2.5.10 and installed the latest version. Unfortunately, there’s a known issue with updating from this specific version, which is why it was temporarily removed from the WordPress.org repository.
If you still have websites running version 2.5.10, you can follow the steps in this video to resolve it: https://youtu.be/LjjBflt6G6w
If you have any other questions, feel free to reach out.
Best regards,
Ariel H.0
