Cancel Refund Request

I think I cancelled my subscription because I'm stupid but I want to continue it instead. In checking my account it seems like it's still active but I just want to be sure.  Thank you, Joe Webb.  webbarch1@gmail,com

  Hello Joe,

  Your subscription is cancelled and it is scheduled to expire on Mar 27, 2026. Feel free to use it until this date. You also have the option to request for a refund and repurchase the same plan.

  Not sure I understand your comment. I want the subscription to remain active - you indicate it is cancelled but then say I can use it for a year, until March of 2026. Please clarify. Thank you.

  Hello Joe,

  Let me describe the difference between cancelling a subscription and requesting for a refund.  

  • Cancel the subscription: You will not receive a refund if you decide to cancel, but you will still be able to use the Personal WordPress plan until March 27, 2026. After the first year, your subscription will not be renewed.
  • Request for refund: We return the cost of your yearly subscription, but you no longer have access to it.
