Appsumo Account , Inviting Team member as manager to manage project

Hello , I am on the Appsumo 2019 deal with unlimited Cloud Brizy

I created a workspace , lets call it BEAN

i invited my team manager  , he tried to create project 1, and project 2

suddenly he got hit by a 14 days trial

and then, project 2 turned into PRO, can't access , leaving project 1.  

Whats the issue? Or I have to create the project in BEAN workspace? And then he manage, he can't have the privilage to create?

  Hello Damien,

  New users who sign up are given an option to try out PRO features for 14 days. During this trial period, they have access to 10 PRO licenses. After the 14 day trial period ends, his account will revert to FREE. 

  I'm sorry; I could not comprehend the issue you have reported above. Can you elaborate?

  I created a workspace for my worker, let's call it Bean. I invited my worker as a manager of bean . he's not a paid user.

  He created 2 projects,  #1 , #2 .  at first is ok

  after a while, when he login,  #2 disappeared

  can i confirm, he is able to create projects using his free account, with the manager privilage i assigned him to?

  Hello Damien,

  Yes; as a Manager in your workspace, Bean can create new projects.

  Usually projects do not disappear without an action from the user. He might have deleted one of the two projects by mistake.
