Brizy Pro Subscription now included in another subscription
Hello,
I’m reaching out for help regarding a subscription transfer to ensure a smooth transition without losing any existing website data.
Currently, our domain is hosted with Namecheap, and we use their Easy WordPress service, which includes Brizy Pro. We’d like to cancel our standalone Brizy subscription but want to confirm that all the content and designs we’ve already built on our website will remain intact when switching to the Brizy Pro license included with our WordPress plan.
We are mostly concerned about our global blocks and need to be sure those do not go away when we cancel this license and change to the other.
Could you please guide us through this process and confirm that our work won’t be affected? We appreciate your support!

Hi Marva,
Thank you for contacting us.
You can cancel your standalone Brizy subscription, but before doing so, we recommend checking with Namecheap on how to activate Brizy Pro with your current EasyWP subscription. From what we understand, you’ll need to install Brizy Pro as an Addon in EasyWP and redeem a license for it. Please confirm with Namecheap that Brizy Pro is successfully activated before canceling your current subscription.
Regarding your concern about global blocks—these will not be affected if your Brizy Pro license is disconnected or if you deactivate Brizy Pro. The only difference is that you won’t be able to use Pro features when making changes to your site in Brizy Builder. However, once you reactivate your Pro license, all Pro features will become available again.
Once you've ensured everything is set up correctly, let us know, and we can proceed with canceling your Brizy account.
If you have any further questions, please let us know.
Best regards,
