Activate to PRO does not work after payment

I paid $19 for a monthly pro subscription, set up a custom domain, but when I try to upgrade my project to the Pro version, I am asked to make a payment again, as if I did not pay for the pro data plan. I perform all actions on a web page through a browser in the brizy cloud.

  We apologize for the inconvenience. We have fixed this issue in your dashboard. I have also activated PRO features in one of your projects. Feel free to deactivate PRO from this project and reactivate it in another.
