Form submit stuck at loading after hitting submit

I have a form added on a client's website, which when I hit 'Submit', keeps loading for an extremely long time before giving me an error saying my message was not sent. I double checked the gmail configurations, disabled all plugins aside from Brizy and also tried changing themes. But none of this seems to have helped. 

What could be possible fixes for this? Also, since this is a client website, I won't be able to provide credentials. Please help as I am not able to receive messages through the website.

  This issue is likely caused by a plugin or theme conflict. To troubleshoot, try disabling all plugins except Brizy and Brizy Pro to see if that resolves the issue. Additionally, switch to a different theme temporarily to check if the problem persists. 

  If disabling third-party plugins resolves the issue, re-enable them one by one while testing the form until the issue reoccurs to identify the conflicting plugin. If switching themes fixes the issue, consider using a more compatible theme like Blocksy or Astra.
