how to set the contact us destination on my site

My site was made using the AI tool. It made a contact us where a person would fill out the name - email and question. Yet I can not seem to set the email destination so I get the email the person is sending out.

  Hello 

  You can configure email notifications by selecting the "plug" icon in your form.
