error "This page needs a refresh. You've probably updated the page in a different tab or browser"
I asked my hosting provider for help with this and they told me "Just to inform you, ModSecurity cannot be disabled on shared hosting." I don't know how to solve it. I can't work on my website..

one of GoDaddy's support said they think there is a problem because we have PHP version 8.3 and they think the plugin just needs an update

They just told me: You don't use a firewall, and mod_security isnt active

Hi Ellora,
Thank you for keeping in touch, and I’m really sorry you’ve had to go back and forth between Brizy Support and GoDaddy without getting a clear resolution.
Just to clarify, on our end, ModSecurity is active on the staging environment we’ve set up for you, and I’ve also updated the PHP version to 8.3, as suggested. Since this is a shared server with a few other websites hosted on it, ModSecurity can’t be disabled for security reasons. I’ve recorded a quick screencast to show that ModSecurity is active and the site is indeed using PHP 8.3: https://youtu.be/3UaZmrHnYVc
As you can see in the video, we’re able to make changes and updates to your website without any issues on this staging site. You’re welcome to forward this screencast to GoDaddy for their reference.
Apologies again for the trouble, and let me know if there’s anything else I can help with.
Best regards,
Ariel H.0
