I need to speak to an agent, operator or someone at can look at my account and help me make sense of all the cloud trial, etc.   i was supposed to be purchassingna month of brizy builder

  Thank you for reaching out to us.

  We apologize for the confusion. The Brizy Cloud Trial was automatically included as an add-on plan and won't affect your current Personal Cloud subscription. You will still have access to all the features available in your account once the trial period ends.

  I dont want the personal cloud subscription .   all i wanted was the builder subscriptioin .   if you can give me that then refund me and delete my account

  We apologize for the delay in getting back to you. Brizy Support is not active during weekends.

  We have now cancelled your subscription to Personal Cloud and have refunded $19.00 to your payment method. This payment should reflect in your card statement within 7-10 business days. We have also cancelled your 2 pending payments.
