The company that I have this for is no longer in business. I would like to request a refund ASAP.

As per our terms and conditions at https://www.brizy.io/terms-and-conditions,
Refunds are available for the first 30 days after purchasing a new monthly or yearly subscription. For renewals, refunds are not available, meaning starting with the second month of the subscription or with the second year.
Unfortunately renewal transactions are not eligible for refunds. However, we can cancel your subscription to Brizy PRO Personal plan so that you do not get charged again. Please confirm.

Yes, please cancel. The payment just went through, so I am not in the second month of the subscription. The transaction was on March 17, 2025, at 5:25:14 PM PDT (not in violation of the terms).

Hello Peter,
You purchased the Brizy PRO Personal plan on March 18, 2021 and you were eligible for a refund until April 17, 2021. Your recent subscription renewal on March 17, 2025 is not eligible for refund as we offer it only for new purchases.
We have cancelled your subscription and it is scheduled to expire on March 18, 2026.
