Urgent! SSL Certificate invalid

Hi, My website, intekkmedia.com is down because of SSL not valid. I launched this website in December so there should no problem. Please help

 

Also. what steps can I take to avoid this in the future?

  Hello John,

  Your domain intekkmedia.com points to a server with the IP 2606:4700:90:0:c1f8:f874:2386:b61f in addition to pointing to the Brizy Cloud server with the IP 34.237.47.210. Kindly sign into your Cloudflare account (who hosts your DNS records) and delete the AAAA Record with the IP 2606:4700:90:0:c1f8:f874:2386:b61f

    

  Kindly also ensure that DNS Proxy is disabled for your A Record and CNAME Record

  

  

   

  After implementing the above changes, if you continue to see the SSL error, kindly get back to us. We will install SSL certificate for you.

  Thank you, the ipv6 address can not be turned off anymore in cloudflare, this means that if the proxy  is turned on, cloud flare issues the AAAA record. I had my honeybook contact form proxied because it was slowing my site down.

   

  I now turned off all proxy settings and the problem is still there.

  When I click on the search bar, it tells me my SSL certificate expired on March 17. Is this going to happen with more of my websites? SSL is not supposed to expire. Please fix, my website is still down

  Hello John,

  We have installed the SSL certificate. If you continue to see the SSL error, kindly reload the page in your browser.  

  To avoid this error in the future, kindly ensure that the DNX Proxy remains disabled.
