    Hello Niels,

Your project "The Grant" was developed using the legacy project format. We do not offer support for this project format. Unfortunately the Leads function stopped working in legacy projects. Hence in "The Grant"  project also the leads will not work going forward. However, by accessing the "Leads" option in your project thumbnail, you can download past leads in the CSV format.

To make use of the "Leads" feature in the future, along with many other recent features like blogging, duplication, muti-lingual websites, project cloning, collaboration, AI builder etc. you must recreate this project in the current CMS project format. There isn't an automated procedure in place to migrate projects from the legacy format to the current one. However you can recreate the projects in the current Brizy Cloud project format, following a manual procedure.

    1. Save each page as a layout in the old project
    2. Create a new project and add pages one by one and import the page layouts saved in step 1
    3. Copy paste the global styles and typography from the old to the new project
    4. Recreate menu, setup global blocks and display conditions
    5. Re-setup the email notifications for Brizy forms in the new project
    6. Recreate popups if any.

    Hi K C George,

I have no idea what you have just sent me, but it is very disturbing. I have bought a product with Brizy and have developed my whole platform (more than 180 subpages at this moment). I have invested a lifetime subscription, because the service works well for me. There was no choice of formats when setting up the cloud site initially.

I am not going to go through the procedure you have just described for 180 pages. At all. And I need the subscription element naturally for my podcast that I am running.

So I need you to give me a solution that doesn't equal to tons of extra work because you as a website service has changed elements. Service means that if you change conditions as provider, then you secure the most effortless solution for your paying customers.

Thanks in advance for your kind reply.

    Kind regards,

    Niels

    Hello Niels,

I agree; migrating 180 pages manually would be a huge task. As an alternate solution, kindly consider redesigning your forms using an external form builder and embed the form to your pages. You could consider these options
