How to activate A pro, I already bought the license

I installed the plugin. I wanted to use the Pro version and it told me to buy it. I already bought it for personal use. However, I downloaded the file, unzipped it, and put it in the WordPress plugins folder. But when I activated it, it didn't work and the entire WordPress system crashed.

 

Afterwards I delete the pro folder and it works, it just gives me an error when I try to activate it, and I don't know what to do with my activation number or where to put it. I already paid for it.

  Thank you for contacting us.

  Please follow this step-by-step guide to install and activate Brizy Pro properly: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cNknGr8JH6Y.  

  Once installed correctly, you can enter your activation key under Brizy > Settings > License in your WordPress dashboard.  

  If the issue persists, there may be a conflict with another plugin. Try deactivating all other plugins, then activate Brizy and Brizy Pro first. If they work, reactivate your other plugins one by one to identify which one is causing the issue.
