Thank you for your reply. Here are my replies below:
What is the page URL where the popup appears? https://www.iamachampion.co/ (this is behind a login)
What are the steps to trigger the popup? You must login in first, then click on button a little ways down "ADD AGENT", then popup form appears.
What problem are you facing with the popup form? The form once filled out adds agent to Podio database and supposed to send a email to the new agent. The email is not being sent.
In case you see an error message, kindly share a screenshot (No error messages)

Hello Frederick,
It appears that a form from https://momentumtools.io/podio-forms/ is embedded in the popup. Is that true? Since Podio/Momentum Tools provides its functionality, their support may be more equipped to troubleshoot the reason why the form isn't sending emails.
