Email form stopped working

Hi Brizy team.  Can you let me know what happened with my contact form and why I can't submit or receive emails anymore on the site newvisionsmedicalgroup.com ?

  I checked your contact form, and it appears to be working. 

  

  Could you try submitting it from another computer or device? If you still encounter issues, please take a screenshot of any errors you receive and share it with us.

  Thank you so much Ariel. I did some updates last night and got it to work again.. 
  
  But I also have another site which is directly on the Brizy cloud.  There is a newsletter form that works fine. But on the contact page, there is another full form, which doesn't seem to work, even though the message will say submitted, we never receive any emails or information from it.  The site is blackcreed.org and contact page is the one having issues at blackcreed.org/contact

  Hi Gary,  

  Thank you for the update.  

  Could you try duplicating the form, reconfiguring it, and checking if that resolves the issue?

  I thought the form was working correctly, but it's still not sending messages. Or they aren't being received and I used two different emails to point to. I tried duplicating and although it says connected, emails aren't being received. Is there any other solutions you may have? I see alot of posts about users having issues with the forms and emails. Am I better off using another plugin or a paid form??

  Hello Gary,

  I have modified the "subject" in email notification for the form at blackcreed.org/contact and tested it. I have received the email notification in my Inbox. Kindly check if you have received the same email in your Inbox.
