When I use Brizy the content of article disappear

  Hello Amir,

  Can you share more details?

  • Where did you add the content initially that disappeared when using Brizy?
  • what are the steps we must follow to reproduce the above issue at out end?
  • Can you share a screenshot/ screen recording to demonstrate the issue?

  When i activate Brizy and Brizy por plugins things are fine except the content of a single article. It disappears.
  My content is in Arabic.
  So How can I use the plugins and the template and display the content?

  Hi Amir, 

  Could you please provide temporary access to your WP Admin so we can take a closer look at your site? Kindly add us as an Admin user in your WordPress Dashboard and send the details to communitysupport@brizy.io:

  It looks like the Post Content element is missing from your template. This element is essential for displaying the content in your single post template.

  Just one question.

   

  The same problem applies to the pages not posts. like this:

  I tried to apply the same method but it didn't work.

  Hi Amir,  

  Thanks for the update.  

  It seems that your pages were using the default template, which is why the intended template wasn’t applied.  

  Additionally, I also created a test page, and the single post template seems to be working correctly.
