PLEASE FIX Back End Media Browser UI/UE Disaster

Please improve the back-end media browser index for videos. One of my students needed help with her site. I discovered a mess UI/UX experience where I had to hover over EACH video icon and read partial file Names to find the video file I needed to move from background video to video widget.

Suggestions:

1. Automatic thumbnails with visible titles below showing at least a truncated file name (with full name on hover).
2. List view option with video metadata: title, duration, aspect ratio
3. The ability to rename files
4. Search bar
5. ability to decide how many items to show per page
