About the billing
I previously inquired about canceling the license that was installed on a test site so that I could use it on the main site. However, I have been charged twice, on January 22 and March 26.
One of them was already canceled on the test site, but I have not received a refund. I believe there was a 30-day money-back guarantee.
In my previous inquiry, I also asked how I could request a refund. At that time, I was told that I just needed to cancel it.
