Subscription cancellation
Dear BRIZY Team
I need to cancel my subscription. I have cancelled it. However, the payment method is still tried to charge my credit card and failed. Failed transactions causes my card supplier to incur a fee
You are urgently requested to pls remove my payment method in the system and ensure the system does not attempts to charge my card as I have cancelled the subscription. Also pls ensure my subscription is cancelled

I see these purchases in your account
- You bought the Freelancer WP plan on February 25, 2023 and cancelled it on March 08, 2024
- You purchased the Freelancer WordPress plan on March 17, 2024 which is still active in your account and its renewal is scheduled for March 17, 2025.
No subscription renewal is scheduled for today, March 5, 2024. Therefore, it is unlikely that the failed transaction came from us. Should we cancel the Freelancer WordPress plan which is scheduled to renew on March 17, 2025?

Yes pls cancel the freelancer wordpress plan on my account. Also pls remove the payment method (my credit card details) from the account. The system does not let me do that.0 -
