Website WordPress does not show contactform

  I just made an adjustment to the form:
  yesterday I put 3 mail adresses in the form. Later I saw it did not load right. Now I took 1 adress out. And now the form looks good. Are there only 2 adresses in the form to send trough possible?

  Hello Jos,

  3 or more email addresses in the "Email To" field are allowed. I added my email as the third address and tested the form. I received the email notification.

  

  Why the form was not displaying earlier is unclear through.

  Hi KC,

  I just looked at the website https://deveiligehaven.eu
  Now the form does not show and all the settings that made it a nice website are gone. It looks like a plain dull site now.
  I think the reason is something with my license.
  My wife Betty has a Brizy Cloud account with 10 pro websites in Cloud.
  Like I stated earlier I bought Brizy WordPress and a 2 year lasting Brizy account with lifetime WordPress. The license code I got, is not accepted in the WP website deveiligehaven.eu
  The account is linked to info@vgwdesign.nl.
  Would you please check out this issue.
  I get a lot of problems with the client I built the site for.
  I like Brizy but the trouble I have now is a nightmare.

  I see the design at https://jmp.sh/ns06HXkv when visiting your contact page. The form is visible and everything looks intact to me. Do you continue see the plain dull site or is the issue resolved?

  Hi KC,
  Last evening I saw that my license key was gone. Because of that a lot of the layout was gone.I had to set all the adjustments again.
  How can this happen?
  1 That the license code is cleared.
  2 How can it be that all is set back.

  I like Brizy but sometimes strange things happen.

  Hello Jos,

  License key disappearing is a rare occurrence. We do not know what could have triggered this incident. When the license key is lost, the Brizy Pro plugin stops working. Inactive pro features often has no impact on the website frontend. The problem might have arisen as a result of some changes on the hosting server.
