ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR

I have set up my custom domain https://bidanalfiatun.com/ correctly, and the DNS settings have fully propagated (checked via multiple global DNS tools). However, I keep getting an ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR when trying to access the site via HTTPS.

I checked with SSL Checker, and it confirms that no SSL certificate has been issued yet for my domain.
