Forms on Pop-Up Not Sending

I have placed a form of absolutely identical design on both a single pop-up and multiple pages on a website. The form on each page is working perfectly. The form on the pop-up is not sending.

  I believe I discovered the issue and this is a real problem with Brizy Pop-Ups. The fact that if you make a change in a pop-up that is a Click only, having to resave a new version and reattach it at every point of click is a real problem.
