Hi Brizy,

Can you please help us with the SSL Certificate of these students?

 

priorityescapes.net

We think that SSL certificate is the problem why there site is not running. If this is not the problem please help us diagnose the problem.

 

I have already tried deleting and republishing the domain but it is still not running live.

  Hi Esther,  

  Thank you for reaching out.  

  For housepitalitygroupllc.com, there are two extra A records in your DNS settings that need to be removed to correctly point your site to Brizy Cloud. Please check your DNS manager and remove the following A records: 

  - 15.197.225.128  
  - 3.33.251.168  

  

  Your site should only have 34.237.47.210 as the A record for Brizy Cloud. After making these changes, please allow some time for the updates to propagate and check if the issue is resolved.  

  Regarding priorityescapes.net, the DNS settings appear to be correct. I'll check this with a colleague and update you once I have more information.
