ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR

Hello Brizy Support,

I have set up my custom domain wineandrestaurants.com correctly, and the DNS settings have fully propagated (checked via multiple global DNS tools). However, I keep getting an ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR when trying to access the site via HTTPS.

I checked with SSL Checker, and it confirms that no SSL certificate has been issued yet for my domain.

  Hello Alfredo,

  Your domain name points to a server with the IP 52.2.101.114 in addition to pointing to the Brizy Cloud server. Kindly delete the A Record with the IP 52.2.101.114 and get back to us. We will then install the SSL certificate for the domain.

  We have installed the SSL certificate at https://www.wineandrestaurants.com/. If you continue to see the SSL error, kindly reload the page in your browser.
