When I log in as an editor, the Brizy environment appears. But no editing window.

A website that I built in Brizy Pro for a client is https://www.deveiligehaven.eu/ I want to have edited by an editor. When I log in as an editor, the Brizy environment appears. But no editing window. Please help with this. WP and Brizy and plugins are up to date. Pro is activated. My wife has a Brizy Cloud LTD via AppSumo for 10 Pro websites since last year at bettyvangrinsven@gmail.com. I had an LTD from AppSumo for 2 years Cloud and lifetime WP at info@vgwdesign.nl since 10-5-2020.

Seems to be something wrong.
Registration did not go completely well with Brizy. Maybe something went wrong there, that I cannot use all Pro things. Thanks in advance for your help.
I wrote this on the account of my wife because I can not be seen as a Prp user.
