Cannot index site (noindex tag)

My site (dentalsleep.co.uk) is stuck with a noindex meta tag. I have disabled all SEO restrictions in Brizy, and enabled Search Engine Visibility but the issue persists. How can I fix this?

This is the tag: <meta name="robots" content="noindex, nofollow" />
