Forms fail to send email plus emails

HI,

 

please check my page DISCOVERY PLAN-SMMS the forms are not sending email notifications. I need to be notified in time to make sure I don't lose the lead.

  Hello Sandy,

  The "From Name" field had the {{Email}} shortcoce. This form field does not accept email addresses. I have changed it to {{Name}} and have tested the form.

  

   

  I have received an email notification in my Inbox. Please check if you have received the same email.
