This is the question I posted last time, and I received a reply via email,
It didn't answer my question, so I replied to the email.
I didn't receive a response, so I'm posting it here again.

Please do not reply that it works on PC.
It is specifically not working on mobile.

  Hello Yong,

  I see the design at https://jmp.sh/HEFl01sa when visiting the above URL on an Android mobile. Have you tried visiting the URL from different devices and browsers? Do you the same error on all devices?

  My phone is an iPhone 13.
  The browsers I tested were Safari and Chrome.
  I also tested it on the Galaxy S13.
  None of them worked.
  The strange thing is that other websites made with Brizy Cloud work fine, but only this one doesn’t.

  Hi Yong,  

  Thank you for the update.  

  Your site is working on my end. Could you try switching to a different Wi-Fi network or connecting via mobile data to see if that resolves the issue?

  I tested it in my office Wi-Fi environment, my home Wi-Fi environment, and in cellular data mode, but the result was the same—only this site doesn’t work.

  Hi Yong,  

  Thank you for the update.  

  Please try cloning the project to see if that helps. You can enable cloning as shown in this screenshot.  

  

  Once enabled, copy the link and paste it into a new browser tab to start the cloning process. This will generate a new subdomain for your project, allowing you to check if you can access it.
