Wrong Purchase
Good evening,
I need to return the service purchased due to an incorrect purchase.
The invoice must be made out to another company.
I need a refund of the purchase and I have to buy with another company
How can I do this?

Hello Carlo,
You do not have to return the product and buy a new one in order to change the billing information. You can update your account's billing information to the new company's name. The steps are as follows:
- Sign in to your Brizy account at https://www.brizy.io/account/login
- Navigate to "Billing" option under the "Account" menu

- Scroll down to the heading "Billing Information" and click on "Update Information" to revise your Billing details

Hi, I updated my billing information but the invoice was still issued on the day of purchase. Will an updated invoice be resent? How can I correct the invoice I have already received? Thanks
