We had automated emails that would send when a new agent gets added to site. That is no longer working.

  Hello Frederick,

  Do you mean the emails that are sent out when adding a Team Member? I tested this feature and I did receive an invitation from you.

  Are your Team Members not receiving the above email? Can you delete the previous invitation and send out the invitation once more and check?
