issue with contact form submissions

on https://silveroaksproperties.com/contact/ I have gravity form. it is having an issue and from what hosting provider told me Brizy plugin is the issue for it. I have never had this issue before with this contact from. I go in fill I tout and it gives me an error. but if I click on the submit button a second time it goes through.

here is what hosting people told me "Thank you for your patience. The errors are coming from the Brizy plugin. While they are shown while editing a post, the underlying issue can affect other parts of your site, including form submissions.

The fact that it's intermittent suggests that the null variable problem isn't always present. It might depend on the specific state of the website or the timing of requests. This explains why the second submission often goes through.

May I suggest updating the Brizy plugin, checking for conflicts, and clearing cache and see if that helps as the issue does not seems to be related to the server."

the plugin is up to date.

  Hello Tatsiana,

  We do not know if the Gravity form not submitting and the PHP Warning message in the server log are related to each other. I suggest this experiment to troubleshoot this issue.

  Add a new Gutenberg page and add the Gravity form to the page using Gutenberg blocks. (Do not edit the page with Brizy) Test the form and check if the issue persists. Kindly get back to us with your findings.
