Hello,

We purchased the WordPress White Label license that says it supports multisite on your website,

but then when I attempt to use my license I get a message that says Brizy Pro does not support multisite.

Can you please assist?

  Hello William,

  Adding a Brizy PRO license in the Network Admin and making it accessible across all of the Multisite network's subsites is not permitted. Brizy PRO licenses must be added at the subsite level.  Are you seeing the above error in the Network Admin or in the WordPress Dashboard of a subsite?
