Hello, I've got 2 sites set up and trying to point to the host domain, but the SSL hasn't appeared and it's been far more than the 48 hours so noone can access the published brizy sites because it gives a security error.

  i switched the one back to a brizy hosted site so I could share it with someone I needed to. The one still on customer domain is all-elite-media.com.

  Hi,

  Thank you for the update.

  It looks like your AAAA DNS record is causing delays with SSL issuance. Since our servers don’t require IPv6, you can safely remove the AAAA record to resolve the issue.

  Both the AAAA records the all-elite-media.com and the *.all-elite-media.com or just the all-elite-media.com? I've done the first one so now it's the 48 hours or so to wait and see it take place?

  Thank you! Since that was so quick I updated the other site back to to the custom domain. fousthomeimprovementsllc.com and made the same changes
