Information request for new "Personal" account

Dear support, I have upgraded to the ‘Personal’ version for $190 per year, as with the current version it was no longer possible to enter contact forms.
I had understood that I could get the upgrade for all my already created pages but it seems to me that this is not the case. If it is not possible to use the service as I intended, can I cancel the payment?

Can you help me clarify this. The e-mail used for the account is: crociatif@alice.it

    Hello Francesco,

    Your have access to unlimited Brizy Cloud PRO licenses as well as unlimited Brizy WordPress Pro licenses with your  Brizy PRO Studio subscription. With your subscription to this plan, forms ought to function properly. 

    Purchasing the Personal Cloud plan was not necessary for you. Shall we cancel this plan and issue a refund?

    our old plan no longer included the use of contact forms (in fact in the form box the words "Get a PRO Plane" appeared) and for this reason we wanted to solve this problem.

    I therefore ask you if I wanted to continue managing the current account with the pages already present and also inserting the contact form what should I do?

    I am a small freelancer up to now Brizy has been great.

    Since you have access to unlimited PRO licenses in your Brizy PRO Studio subscription, we will fix the issues you are facing with the forms and "upgrade to Pro" notifications. Kindly confirm your interest to cancel the Personal Cloud plan and get a refund. We will then fix the issues with the forms in your dashboard and you can continue managing the current projects with all the pages that are already developed.

    Hello Francesco,

    It is possible to switch your Brizy PRO Studio subscription to annual. We will email you a payment link and once you pay the annual subscription fee using the link, your subscription will switch to annual. The annual fee for the Brizy PRO Studio plan is $99:00 + tax. 

    It is better to cancel and receive a refund because the Personal Cloud plan's refund amount exceeds the Brizy Pro Studio plan's yearly subscription charge. Kindly confirm these so that we can implement the above suggestions. 

    • You need a payment link to convert your Brizy PRO Studio plan from a monthly to annual
    • You would like to cancel your Personal Cloud plan and get a refund

    I apologize if I don't understand well and I thank you for your availability.

    Here's what I ask, I would like to stay with my current version (Brizy Cloud) and have the possibility of inserting contact forms into the pages.

    You told me that there is a problem that you will have to solve and therefore I ask that this can be done.

    At the same time I would like to ask if this current version can be paid for the next 12 months so as to avoid the rather inconvenient monthly payment.

    I understand that perhaps it is better for me to request a refund of the amount paid and then possibly proceed with a new payment in case it is possible to make the annual payment.

    Therefore in summary I ask you:

    - Solve the problem (Get to PRO Plan) the current version (Brizy Cloud lo and so as to be able to insert the forms and maintain the Brizy Cloud version.

    - Refund me the amount I paid yesterday.

    We have cancelled your subscription to Personal Cloud plan and have issued a refund of $189.00. This transaction should reflect in your card statement within 7-10 business days.

    We have also fixed the issue with contact forms and "Upgrade to Pro" notification. Now you are back to your current version (Brizy Cloud) and have the possibility of inserting contact forms into the pages. Please check and confirm if everything woks fine. 

    The current plan, which is called Brizy PRO Studio, can be paid for the next 12 months to avoid monthly payments. We will email you a payment link; once you click on the payment link and pay the annual subscription fee, your subscription will switch to annual. The annual fee for the Brizy PRO Studio plan is $99:00 + tax. Please confirm your interest to receive the payment link to pay for Brizy PRO Studio annual plan.

    this morning I tried to make the payment for the 12 month payment but it seems that the payment was not successful as it tells me that the link has expired. Is this possible?

    Looks like you could make the annual payment for your Brizy PRO Studio plan today. I see this transaction in your account

     

    Including VAT of €21.36, your total transaction was €118.43. Kindly check your card for this transaction.
