I need to change icons only on mobile site... how do I handle that?

I read a similar thread and am aware that it's not possible to add elements on mobile site.  

Here is my issue.  Please see the below block on desktop and mobile.  

 

On the mobile screen, I need to change arrows to downward arrows.  Reading another thread, I first thought maybe I will add another block on desktop with downward arrows, then hide that on desktop, and then I can hide the block with horizontal arrows.  But, it seems I cannot hide a block on desktop... 

Please advise what I can do to solve this issue.  Thank you.

  Hello Makiko,

  Kindly follow the procedure in the screen recoding at https://jmp.sh/HfOThH7x to have a right arrow on desktops and down arrow on mobiles.
