Video URL not playing

Dear Support Team

I wanted to follow up regarding the video link from ADILO. We have added to the page, but it is not playing, while the ADILO link itself is working fine.

Do you have any updates or insights on this issue?

  Hello Akshaya,

  Pasting Adilo's default video sharing link into the Brizy video element will prevent the video from playing. Your Adilo video's MP4 path needs to be pasted.  By selecting the "Share and Embed" option for your video, you can find the MP4 path. The tutorial Custom Video URL for Block Backgrounds has detailed steps to find the MP4 path of your video.
