site not showing properly when Brizy Pro is activated

Good Morning 

my site has been migrated to a new hosting platform as 123 reg purchased TSO host and now if Brizy Pro is activated then all formatting and theme is lost. 

i have  the following versions

Wordpress 6.7.2

Brizy free Version 2.6.11

Brizy Pro Version 2.6.7

i had the astra theme and have now changed to a standard wordpress theme and is still the same 

is there anything else i can try

  Thank for contacting us.

  This issue might be related to your permalinks. To refresh them, go to Settings > Permalinks in your WordPress dashboard and click Save Changes twice—no need to change the structure. Then, check if the issue is resolved.  

  If that doesn’t work, try opening each page in Brizy Page Builder and making a small edit, like adding 1px padding to a block or inserting a period. Save the page to force Brizy to recompile it, which may help fix the issue on the front end.  Be sure to do this for all pages and any dynamic templates you’re using.
