Changes are not saved
I am using a template to create multi-page website with Brizy Cloud Pro (NOT WORDPRESS PLUGIN).
Some of the changes I made are not saved. It seems inconsistent in that some texts are not save in certain blocks and then some elements that I deleted or changed reverts back to the original... Some format changes (margin, padding etc.) also reverts back to original.
I can't work with a builder like this... I will just waste my time...
Please advise how to solve this issue, Thanks.

Hello Makiko,
We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Since we haven't received such feedback earlier, we are unsure of the potential cause of the problem. Would you be willing to capture this bug in a screen recording, in order for us to examine this bug more closely and try to troubleshoot it?

Hello.
I just moved three small websites from WordPress to Brizy Cloud, and I have been working with Brizy Cloud for just a few weeks. I can confirm that I have noticed that not everything saves properly all the time either.
I have found it's always best to refresh every Brizy Cloud editor page before starting to make any changes.
In one case, a whole page got overwritten by the contents of another page.
I am monitoring everything very closely.

Hello Brian,
The whole page can be overwritten by the contents of another when you are importing a design layout to the page. If you have saved a Brizy WordPress page as a design layout and import it to a Brizy Cloud page, this may happen.
You have mentioned "not everything saves properly all the time". I am aware of one scenario where this can happen. Let's say you paused editing a page and then added a new page to your navigational menu. The changes you have made to your menu will not reflect in the Brizy Page editor in real time. You will need to update the project, refresh the editor and then the changes you have to the menu will be visible on your page. In this specific example, all changes are saved; however the changes made to the menu are not visible on the page until it is refreshed.
If an issue like happens only once and cannot be repeated, it is difficult to capture the experience and we do not get an opportunity to troubleshoot it. If the above issues repeat and can be captured in a screen recording, we would love to take a look.

Hello, K C, and thank you for explaining this. I can understand how this might have happened. I will keep notes on saving issues, if they continue to happen, and make a screen recording, if possible.

Brian, thank you for sharing your experience. Reading your comment, I realized that I may not have refreshed the page before starting to edit. I've been working on the website on and off, and I leave the builder site open...
Yesterday, I made sure to refresh the page before editing, and so far, it seems all the changes are saved...
Thank you again.

You're welcome, Makiko.
I have an update on my experience. Yesterday, I spent two hours creating a store page template I will connect with Zylvie for payment. This morning, I refreshed about five Brizy Cloud page and post templates I had worked on yesterday. Two didn't load correctly on the first time. I wasn't careful about inspecting each one, as they were slow to load.
For whatever reason, the store page template did not load at all. What loaded was another instance of my page template. Because I might have made changes to this page (not realizing the same tab was just to the left), my store page template was overwritten. Two hours of work is lost.
Brizy Cloud sorely needs rollback features so customers can flip back to a previously saved version.

I have more information to share: There is a serious problem with the duplicate page function. I spent all day creating seven pages, and I leveraged this duplicate page function several times. I just went back to check some things, and the FAQ page was replaced by the affiliate advertising disclosure page! After taking the time to write this note, I went back yet again, and the FAQ page had moved AGAIN, this time to the privacy policy page!
At least two pages were completely overwritten, replaced by other content from different pages. I spent so much time porting over content from WordPress, and Brizy Cloud deletes my content!
None of these are my errors; they are Brizy Cloud errors. I have no doubt now Brizy Cloud was at fault when this happened to me previously.
How can the team not be aware of these serious issues?
What kind of backup is in place at Brizy Cloud in case I lose pages or an entire website?
My confidence in this platform is seriously shaken.

Hello Brian,
We apologize for the inconvenience. We would like to investigate the issue you are facing with the duplicate page feature. What are the steps we must follow to reproduce the issue? It would be great if you can capture the above issue on a screen recording (while trying it on a test project) so that we can take a look and develop a fix for this bug.

Hello, K C.
I will file a support ticket.
So it's known, I built these pages by hand. I built pages on WordPress with Elementor, and I rebuilt on Brizy Cloud.
I will ask this again, as I'm sure others would want to know: What kind of backup is in place at Brizy Cloud in case I lose pages or an entire website? Is page and website recovery possible? I couldn't imagine having clients whose pages are getting overwritten because of bugs in the CMS. This is a sure-fire way to go out of business quickly.

It would be nice to be able to see revision history with the capability to go back to the previous revisions of our choice like Elementor. Though in general, I do find Brizy much easier to use than Elementor for a simple website that I am working on.

Hello Brian,
If you lose pages or an entire website and if you inform us within a day or two we can restore your pages/project from the cloud level backup we have. If you inform us after a month, it would be difficult to restore from a backup.

Hello Makiko,
A backup feature and facility to rollback to a previous version has been requested earlier. You can find the request at https://brizy.canny.io/idea-board/p/auto-backup-rollback-features This feature is in planning stage now. Feel free to upvote.

K C George, Thank you! Glad to hear it's in planning stage. I did upvote on Canny!

Hello, K C.
I am happy to know that these options exist.
I have commented and upvoted on Canny, too.
Thank you for your help and enjoy a super day!
