My Brizy Cloud account has been blocked without any notice! All websites are DOWN! I can't even login..

I can't believe that's happening. 
Please unblock the account and bring the websites back online again ASAP.

I don't have any spammy websites at all. I am 100% sure.

Imagine people making a living and hosting their clients' websites and suddenly ALL websites are down without any previous notice. Guys this is literally unacceptable in the world of web builders. No other web builder would do it.

Please fix this asap. My clients are I are losing money because of this.
