Error 405 - Method not allowed
Hi All,
in our landing page www.pinkroad.it, we have a form to subscribe to our newsletter.
The issue is that randomly, people try to register but the system is raising an error 405 - Method not allowed.
Can you please support me?

If users provide consent for all 4 types of cookies in CookieBot, the Brizy form will work fine. If users refuse consent for Preferences, Statistics and Marketing cookies, the CookieBot will stop the Brizy form from submitting and the users will see the "405 Method Not Allowed" error.
The "Refuse" option in Cookiebot is not compatible with Brizy. Kindly consider embedding an alternate Cookie consent script. You could consider https://www.cookieyes.com/ instead.

Hello George, thank you for your quick feedback! Unfortunately, we tried with different colleagues to accept all the 4 types of cookies, but we are still getting the error 405.
Do you have any further suggestion for us?

Three apps are linked to your form. Only when all three apps and the email notification are error-free will the form submit successfully. The form could not be submitted since the GetResponse integration was incomplete. After I deleted the GetResponse integration, the form submits when a user gives consent for all four cookies in the CookieBot widget.
Kindly consider an alternate Cookie consent widget for your website to fix the issue when users do not give consent for all cookies.
