I started a Brizy subscription 2 days ago, thinking it was for WordPress, but I was mistaken, I also found out WordPress has its own subscription required to use the plugins. Can I kindly get a refund?

  Thank you for contacting us.

  You can switch your Brizy Cloud subscription to a Brizy WordPress Pro plan directly from your account console. To do so, please follow these steps:

  1. Log into your Brizy account, using the login page https://www.brizy.io/account/login
  2. Navigate to Account >> Billing tab - https://jmp.sh/fHDasvRG
  3. Click on the Upgrade Plan button - https://jmp.sh/aEYVWDzh
  4. Choose the plan you want to upgrade to - https://jmp.sh/mMzJUfrw.
  5. Scroll down and click on Continue Button 
  6. Confirm your new updates.

  Me and my partner decided not to use Brizy, I don't think it's for us. 

  Maybe in the future we can use it, but not now, so kindly issue a refund for it.
